Romain Vimont cfcbc2ac21 Add icon to scrcpy.exe ...

The icon will be associated to scrcpy.exe in the Windows explorer.

The .ico was created using imagemagick:

    convert icon.png icon.ico

It is included as a binary for simplicity.
