Add shortcut to rotate screen

Browse Source 
On Ctrl+r, disable auto-rotation (if enabled), set the screen rotation
and re-enable auto-rotation (if it was enabled).

Closes #11 <https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/issues/11>
