Swap MENU and APP_SWITCH shortcuts

Ctrl+s was mapped to MENU, while Ctrl+m was mapped to APP_SWITCH.

To avoid confusion, swap the shortcuts:
 - Ctrl+m like _M_enu
 - Ctrl+s like _S_witch
