Indent switch blocks content

For readability, indent "case" in switch blocks.

Replace:

    switch (x) {
    case 1:
        // ...
    case 2:
        // ...
    case 3: { // a local scope block
        int i = 42;
        // ...
    }
    }

By:

    switch (x) {
        case 1:
            // ...
        case 2:
            // ...
        case 3: { // a local scope block
            int i = 42;
            // ...
        }
    }
